With this in mind, it's important to provide certain elements on your Home page for the search engines to find and utilize for the indexing process.

• Keep your Home page simple and allow it to serve as a synopsis for the overall web site - directing visitors through clearly placed links to more detailed and categorized content.
• Saturate the Home page synopsis with keywords that reflect the content of the entire site. And the trick is to do this in a way that sounds at once, intelligent and not overly obsessive.
• Include straight text links to all top level category pages throughout your web site. Search engines have no method for indexing graphics links, so if you choose to use them, be certain to also include redundant text links somewhere on your Home page.
• Build a Site Map for your web site and include text links to all pages in your web site. When a particular search engine allows you to submit multiple URL's, be sure to submit the Site Map to serve as a crawler page for the indexing spiders to reach your interior pages. With some search engines, you can only submit your Home page, so place the Site Map link near the top of your page for easy access by the Search Engines.

Page content is now becoming the key to higher search engine rankings. Page content has always been the most important factor in providing a satisfying experience for your visitors and to keep them coming back for more. The major search engines are now relying more on page content to determine relevancy and themes within their ranking formulas.

As a result of the unrestrained methods employed by many in manipulating search engines over the years, through the abuse of meta-tag descriptions and keywords, most of the major Search Engines have developed ways to demote meta-tags in their ranking formulas. Page titles and text content, along with link popularity and other outside factors, have become the essential elements in optimizing your web site for the highest possible rankings.

Banners emphasizing the need to "Act Now" or involving words like "Limited Time Only" or "Click here" generate a higher click response.

Types of Companies Denied - Advertisements from businesses who sell, advertise, endorse, or have web sites or other publishing materials containing x-rated, illegal, hate, or discriminating material, or who are otherwise not family-friendly. Banner advertisements that exceed the file and pixel size limits. Jacksonhole.net reserves the right to accept or decline advertisements and businesses on a first come first server basis.

Contract Agreements - Contracts and payment must be received at least 5 days before the 1st day of your advertising period. Payments can be made in 1 installment, or 2 bi-quarterly installments (6 months) by check, certified money order or credit card.

Length of Contract Agreements - Contracts are drawn up for the duration of the contract chosen between jacksonhole.net and the client. 1-2-3-6 or 12 month contracts for the determining fee mentioned above can be chosen based on payment.

Purchase of Additional Ad Space - More than one contract can be drawn up for a client - and rates can be adjusted as seen fit to fit each budget. Contact - rob@jacksonhole.net

Payment - Payments can be made in 1 full installment, or 2 bi-quarterly installments (every 6 months) by check, certified money order or credit card payable to Jackson Hole Reservations LLC.

Banner Advertisements - The different types of advertisements depend upon the sizes of the banners and their locations. For more details and visual examples, please read the above pricing.

Changes and Cancellations - Changes and or cancellations must be made and accepted a minimum of 24 hours before the 1st day of your advertising payment period. If cancellation occurs after the 1st day of the payment period, a $50.00 deductible fee will be retained for web design maintenance fees.
