This home has undergone a complete remodel and refurnishing in Summer 2002. This house is perfect for a summer retreat or winter ski trip.

In the entry way there is a large slate entry with incredible hot tub surrounded by river rock. There is also a wine cellar. The walls are all river rock.
• On the second level there is a grand living area with a large river rock fire place, leather sofa, 2 large leather chairs with ottomans, 2 wicker chairs, 2 person rocker, and a desk with chair. There are floor to Ceiling windows with views of the adjacent ski runs. There is a wet bar between the living and dining area. It is equipped with a mini fridge and an ice maker.

The adjacent dining room will seat 10 people. There is a game table with 2 lodgepole chairs off of the dining area.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. It has a butcher block island with sink and a slate bar with 2 bar stools. There are also the following in the kitchen: side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, two ovens, microwave, trash compactor, and dishwasher. This kitchen contains everything you might need to prepare an elaborate meal.

Through a hall and solid double doors on the main floor is a king suite. This room has doors that lead to the deck as well as house the glass tower with spiral steps that lead to the bonus room on the third floor. There is a decorative fire place (non-burning), 2 large leather chairs with ottomans, TV, Phone, 2 walk in closets, large master bathroom with river rock doorless shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks.

The second king suite has a bathroom with walk in shower and the sink is in the bedroom, built into an antique chest. There are 2 wall closets in this room.

The sitting room has a sofa, 4 chairs, stereo system, large screen TV, and built-in desk with data port.

On the third floor, the queen bedroom has a comfortable chair, sliding door to small private deck, rocker, phone, 2 closets, phone, and en-suite bath with separate walk in shower, large tub and double sinks.

The twin bedroom has two twin beds and two chairs. This room opens to the bonus room with 1 twin bed.

On the fourth floor there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a set of bunk beds. There is a TV/VCR and a decorative fireplace. There are also slidings door to private deck. Adjacent there is a full Bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower with body sprayers.
